Quantity surveying
We play an active roll in making a project financially viable. We work closely with the project team to finalise a project concept on time and in accordance with the client's brief, scope, scale, character, form, function, timeline and budget.

Insurance valuations
As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), we have extensive experience in preparing replacement cost and reinstatement valuations for insurance purposes on all types of immovable property in South Africa. We act on behalf of the insurer and cost adjusters in the settlement of claims. We also prepare Replacement Cost Valuations (RCV) that provide an accurate estimate of the amount of cover required to replace each structure and/or amenity precisely as it stands on the day the report is prepared. Our clients include property owners, property trusts, body corporates and insurers.

Tenant installation costs
We assist landlords and/or tenants with all aspects of leased immovabe property to ensure that all costs are properly calculated, understood and agreed on. We also provide a full service of tenant insallation costs from start to final completion.

Contract administration
Prior to commencing with any construction development choosing the right and most suitable contract is key to a continious and successful final completion of a development. We represent both the developer and contractor in various aspects of the contract and have knowledge of various types of contracts including, but not limited to, JBCC, Fedic and the NEC.

Tender proposals
We offer confidential and professional services to prepare and develop tender documentation for construction projects. We ensure that all bid documentation for construction tenders for government, municipal and/or any other state or semi-state enterprise are complete and ready to be submitted.
- Reviewing tender invitations to identify the tender requirements
- Reviewing content, format, etc and liaising with key personnel to complete tender documents that are on time, consistant, accurate and meet the tender requirements
- Developing a tender submission timeline and managing it to ensure all information inputs, designs and bid presentations are all complied with and delivered to meet the deadlines
- Organising graphs, design and production of all deliverables of the tender proposal (covers, folders, tabs, labels, CDs, copies, etc).

Engineering cost management
With quantity surveying and cost management experience in mining and structural engineering projects, we provide estimations, procurement, contract administration, and engineering cost management services to the mining, minerals and engineering sectors of the industry.
